“This small family run hotel is pleasant, sort of homey and the restaurant has a great long view of the harbour as do the most desirable rooms. While UI was there for a business function, it appeared to be a good value and certainly it’s a good location, right across the street from the promenade and in the middle of what appears to be a rejuvenated downtown.
