Our Pet Friendly Policy
Pets (cats and dogs) are allowed in first-floor rooms. A pet fee may apply. Please
contact the hotel directly for size restrictions, fee information and room availability for your desired stay dates. Restrictions and fees do not apply to service animals.
Pets cannot be left unattended in the room at any time. To ensure a great experience for you, your pet and all of our hotel guests, we kindly ask that you notify the hotel in advance if you are travelling with a pet, and sign our pet policy upon check in.
Please note a nightly pet fee applies, and includes a special treat at the front desk for your pet and a cozy pet bed in your room so you can both get a good night’s sleep. Weekly pet fee rates are also available for extended stays.
Payment Policies
A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. You may pay for your stay by credit card or cash upon your departure. All rates are confirmed and will be charged in Canadian dollars.
HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICIES
In order to receive a full refund of your deposit, we request a 24-hour cancellation notice. Notice must be given no later than 3 p.m. the day before your expected arrival. Please record the cancellation number you are given for your own records.
Advance Booking Rates
If you are booking our
Internet Best Rate special, please note that full payment is due at the time of booking, and charges (tax included) will apply for reservation cancellations or changes. This offer is non-refundable.
Hotel Parking
We offer our guests free parking in our street level parking lot. In the event our parking lot is full, we will reimburse you for any fees incurred in a public parking lot.
Miscellaneous Charges
There is a minimal fee of $20 for extra guests. When
booking online, please indicate if you are reserving multiple rooms in order to increase the likelihood of your rooms being in the same area of the hotel.
